1. How long will it take to get my order?

It takes 1-2 days for us to design your custom canvas. Once shipped, you can expect delivery in 1-2 weeks. For international orders, you can expect delivery in 2-3 weeks.

2. What if I don’t like my custom canvas?

That’s fine! Send us an email and we’ll work with you to make it right.

3. What makes a good photo?

1.) Photo is taken in a well lit area.
2.) Close up. This will allow us to get a good crop of your pets face.
3.) Avoid overhead or blurry photos.

4. Can I see what my canvas look like before shipment?

Unfortunately we do not have a system setup for this. However, if your photo doesn’t meet our quality standards, we’ll reach out to you for a new one. We want you to love your PETAYI Canvas!

5. Do you just do dogs?

Nope! Any living creature, we can do.

6. Will the ink fade over time?

We use a high quality printing process called sublimation. If you care for your canvas properly, it will remain vibrant and comfortable.
